Please credit "Komasanyan" or "MiMiloid Group" if you use any of UTAU our voicebanks and/or MiMiloid avatar for art, videos, music etc.

Commercial use of  our Voices/Design is allowed, as long as you follow the guidelines below.

General Usage Rules:

  • Using our Voicebanks for anything illegal, against the terms of use of MiMiloid, against the terms of use set for the UTAU singing synthesis program itself and/or for any illegal content is COMPLETELY FORBIDDEN under ANY and ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. No exceptions.

  • You require permission from the creator (LilistaSylva/Komasanyan) if you wish to use the voices from our voicebanks for commercial use. 

  • If you want to use our Voices/Voicebanks/Characters contactLilistaSylva/Komasanyan

  • You MUST credit "LilistaSylva/Komasanyan" as the creator of the Mimiloid Group if you use the character profile, character avatar, voice or anything else  from us.

  • Doujinshi is accepted except for NSFW

  • If you want to draw  NSFW pictures contact me/us
